Custom artwork

Every portrait is made to order from the photos you provide. Please share clear photos you have the right to use.

Previews and revisions

You'll receive a first artwork preview, usually within 3–5 business days. One revision is included; additional revision rounds are quoted in your checkout currency before anything is charged. We make your portrait only after you approve it.

Prices and shipping

Prices are shown and charged in the currency our store sets for your country (USD, CAD, GBP, AUD or NZD), as confirmed at checkout. For U.S. addresses only, shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more and US$4.99 below that. Taxes and shipping to other countries are calculated at checkout.

Cancellations

You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After that, work on your artwork has begun and cancellations can't be refunded.

Returns and damage

Because each portrait is custom, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your portrait arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos or video and we'll replace it at no cost.

Artwork rights

The portrait is yours to display and enjoy. The Twinkle Projects keeps the artwork copyright and may share it as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
