What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, your pets' names and the photos and notes you share so we can create your portrait.

How we use it

We use your details only to create, preview, revise, print and deliver your portrait, and to contact you about your order. We never sell your information.

Your pet photos

Your photos are used to create your artwork. We may share finished portraits as examples of our work; if you'd prefer we don't, just tell us.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with our payment and printing partners to complete your order.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us.
