Do you do portraits for pets other than Dogs & Cats?
The Twinkle Projects is a team of highly creative artists, and we create stunning portraits irrespective of what pet you have.
How many pets can I include have in one portrait?
Yes! At this time we can feature between one to four pets on both poster and framed portrait. Check out our multiple pet collection here.
Do you create a pet memorial Portrait?
The Twinkle Projects understands the bond between you and your beloved pet means the world to you. We work with our clients to select the perfect photo (potentially limited) of their deceased pet and turn it into a memorial portrait. Your pet is never away from you.
Can I change my order after it is placing it?
Yes, you can contact us within 12 hours of placing the order to change its style and size. Changing orders after 12 hours will strictly be at the discretion of the The Twinkle Projects.
Do you draw human portrait?
Yes, we illustrated human portrait using color pencils.
Can you deliver a portrait without a name?
Yes, if you need the final product without your pet's name, write "NO NAME" in the name box while customizing the order.
Any suggestions to click a good photo?
Here are some image guidelines to help you click the best photos for us to work with:
- Take a close-up photo with (under or in?) natural
- Make sure your pet's neck and face is visible
- Take a photo of your pet in a sitting or standing pose (photos of your pet laying down isn’t ideal).
- Avoid overhead or blurry photos
- An eye-level photo will provide the perfect outcome.
What if I am not happy with my portrait after it arrives?
At The Twinkle Projects, we value your feedback and work on excellent customer service. For any reason, if you are not happy with the final product, you can contact us, and we will fix it for you.
What is the return policy?
Since The Twinkle Projects creates custom designs, we don't offer (accept) returns of physical products. If you are not satisfied with the portrait outcome, you can reach out to us to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will revise it until you’re 100% satisfied.
How to cancel the order?
As soon as you place an order, our creative designers get to work and create mock-ups for your perusal. However, if for any reason you need to cancel the order, send us an email to support@lulupetportrait.com within 12 hours upon placing the order to claim a full refund.
Cancellation cannot be processed after 12-hour of order placement.
I didn't receive my order as expected
Contact our customer support, in case you received the order with missing parts or damaged product. It is a rare event with The Twinkle Projects, but if your order is damaged order during shipment, or if the product came with a missing item contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. (Can I make it more concise)
When will I receive the tracking number?
Once you place the order, you will receive the tracking number within 5-7 working days.
If I order more than 1 product, will all of them delivered in the same shipment?
Shipment of the product depends on the order date and the item type.
How do I leave a review for The Twinkle Projects?
We value your feedback; it helps us grow and make improvements as per your need. To leave a review, visit the product page and click "Write a Review" at the bottom of the page.
Can I preview before placing an order?
All our pet portraits are custom made and providing a preview before the order is not possible. However, before the final delivery, you will receive a preview of the final result. We will fulfill any requests for revisions within 24 hours (upon receiving the preview) before the artwork is printed and delivered to you.
How fast can I receive the Portrait?
Once an order is placed, it takes anywhere between 5-14 days to deliver the final product. The delivery of a digital file takes anywhere between 1-5 business days.
