I've just received the poster portrait of my dog and I'm in awe mode. It meets my expectations above and beyond. Julie worked with me through every single step to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Order was placed on a Friday and received it by Wednesday, best customer service I have received in a while.

I am so happy with the product. Everything was so straightforward and easy. She asked for a picture of my dog. I messaged it to her. I purchased the digital copy as well as the 18 x 24 print. Within two days, the digital image was sent to me, and I received my print in the mail 2 or 3 days later. I couldn't ask for a better outcome, and I am actually going to be ordering another one for my service dog.
